COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you dispatch.
How much sample should I send?
Quantities and specimen requirements depend on the material and test programme. Contact us with your test schedule before sampling or dispatch so we can confirm what is needed.
Can I drop samples off without an appointment?
Please contact the laboratory first to confirm delivery arrangements. Do not assume an unattended or after-hours drop-off is available.
When will I receive the results?
Timing depends on the tests, sample condition and laboratory workload. Tell us your required date when enquiring; the team will confirm expected timing for the agreed scope.
What if I do not know which tests to request?
Share your project brief and any specification or testing instructions with the team. We can discuss the laboratory testing requirements before you arrange sample delivery.
